It's raining outside and I feel a little blue today. I am generally an optimistic person who always tries to see the glass as half full. I'm not sure the reason for the sad sack mood.
Maybe it's the fact that my clients offer on an REO condo got rejected, despite being over the asking price. We will dust ourselves off and start over!!
Despite the outside raindrops, I have am getting a lift from the Active Raindrops!! I have been lost at the computer, reading the many wonderful posts of fellow ActiveRain members. It's amazing how time flies when you're on the ActiveRain site. I even Active Rained through lunch time!
I am always looking for new knowledge and ways to improve myself. Life is about change, and social networking is a big part of that. Keeping up with the times is vital these days. With the majority of hombuyers using the internet as their primary tool, I am proud to have yet another way to provide exceptional service.

My day started out the same-but now it is nice and sunny. Hopefully, my day will get brighter.
I like your pics, they brought a smile to me. I hope your REO offer did not take weeks like mine, waiiting for the lender to reply.
Pat, I'm glad you got some sunshine. It's thunder and raining here still.
Las Vegas Mortgage, It took 3 weeks for a response...all in vain. On the bright side, it's good to have buyers to work with!
Randi, good post. It was raining for 2 days when I wrote the blog you commented on, can you tell? Lol! today is bright and sunny and warm and I bought a tomato plant! Spring has sprung! Love your "before and after" pictures!
I can't wait to plant tomatoes! In the northeast that happens on Memorial Day. It sure must be nice being a southern belle!
I like your day after ActiveRain. I wonder if I can get it to rain flowers here during our 30-day rainy season. That would be nice. And probably smell good, too.
